There is a good range of exercises to challenge you, and great for targeted muscle groups. But because the order in the full body workouts is random, I end up having 2 or 3 consecutive arm or leg routines. Id like to see the order logic take muscle group, intensity, and difficulty into consideration to optimize the routine. I use the 20 minute full body routine as a warm up for strength and focused training. Overall a great app and hope to see supported enhancements in the future!
This workout app is very thorough. You will never run out of exercises to do. I suggest paying for the full version, instead of paying for each different workout. I wish it showed you what you are exercising when you are doing the workout. It doesnt really matter, though. All in all, it is a great app.
Its not too hard and there are different workouts to choose from. Definitely my favorite all around work out app
this app is not intimidating. its straight forward. I started having issues in my back and Doctor discovered the start of arthritis in my spine. had to start strengthening my core. the exercises therapist gave me were on paper and not easy to follow or remember proper form. these videos show proper form. cant go wrong! many exercises I could not get through 1 or 2 reps. they look easy on video but really challenge my out of shape body. love I can isolate which part of my body to challenge and pice workout length of time. I see results with this app.
This app does everything for me that my personal trainer, who I paid a few hundred dollars, does. I love this app! It makes it easy for me to do some powerful exercise everyday

I saw it and thought why not . I never knew it would be one of the best apps on my phone. Give it a weak to get sore and 2 weeks for results . Great for beginners too trying to tighten up and easy to fit in a busy lifestyle .
