I love this app because I can do it anywhere five minutes eight minutes or longer. I can pick whichever one I want to do or I can do them all. I love that this is all together in one app!
Update: something is wrong with the saved workouts, it shows what Ive saved for, but plays something different! Can we please get this fixed?? Ive been using this app for years. I started with the free one and then eventually bought the entire app. I really like this app because it is one of the few apps that works well when playing music and lowering it just to tell you the next work out instead of stopping the song. Also love being able to customize different work outs for my needs and capabilities. All around AMAZING app and a big part of my work out!! :)
This app is great. I recommend it to anyone whose not looking for extreme but just a great everyday workout. If you get bored, theres always something else to choose from. I have fibromyalgia and have been using this app for several years now without any problems. Other sites have been too challenging but this one you can make it as challenging as you want or not!
I love this app for squeezing in a quick workout or two during the day. Workouts can be as long as 20 minutes or as short as 5. You can vary the difficulty. If moves are too high impact, you can modify them yourself, i.e., march instead of jog. What I really love is that you can use whatever music you want and it works beautifully. I find myself using this app every day, to increase my step count and calorie burn. One small suggestion: it doesnt work too well with Apple TV. I wish you could fix that.

DO NOT pay for this app until the makers decide to create an update to fix all of the bugs. The bugs particularly affect the custom workouts. Not worth paying for it!

I started out with the free version. I loved it! I wanted more of a challenge in my workouts as well as some variety. I have lost some weight, its fun. I can play my own music in the background.
This has been an awesome workout app for working out at home. It covers every body part to work on, you can customize, workout for a short time or long time. Fits in with no matter how much time you have to work out.

Some days all I have is five minutes. And I love how I can pick and choose which part of my body I want to work on, and for how long. Some are exercises are more challenging than others. But eventually I will move up to be eight minutes and beyond.
The best app for frequent travelers. You can do the exercise sets anywhere and any time. I live this app because I can do different exercises for however long I want at any time I feel like working out without going to the gym. I havent had any issues with it crashing and Ive been using it for almost two years - first the lite version and finally bought the full a few months ago. Cant go wrong with it.
I like it a lot, can use it anywhere. I would give it five stars if the longer workouts could repeat the exercises instead of just increasing their length.
