Ive been at this for a long time, and I usually find that I end up taking breaks from working out because I get bored of what Im doing. This adds variety to my runs without the need for separate research. Highly recommended

I love this work out plan. I just wish they had a way to track your work outs. Other than that I love this app
Easy to use, clear directions, lots of options!
Great app. Not been able to go to the gym cos of my little ones but this has taken the excuses out. Can work out for as little as 5 mins effectively and sweat it out to as much as I want to. So many variety of fun but sweaty exercises that u literally dont know where the time went.
Love having a video visual for form and timer.. No thinking necessary! Just put on my music and go!

I love this app for giving me tons of options to sneak in quick workouts during the day. Whether its while watching tv or if I just want to get my heart rate up quickly in the morning. I also appreciated the chimes that let you know when you are done and the 3 second demos at the start of each new set
I have tried other with in app purchases and Im not into that. This app has challenged me. Im not the most fit, but Im a work in progress.

Quick workouts for target areas lots of flexibility.
Makes it easy to work out every day. I choose a ten minute workout for a specific body area, and the next day do a different one so my muscles can recover. Once I start getting in better shape I will start treating the first ten minutes as my first set. Love it!!
This is a good app for at home workouts, dont get me wrong, but I do not feel it is worth the money you pay. There is no variety in the workouts you just do the same exercises for longer. For me it just isnt worth it.
This App is a great way to get in a workout at the house. All Ive needed is my garage, a mat, two 10 lb. dumbbells, a chair and of course my phone. Ive been using the full body workout. I highly recommend this app. I started off with the free app and I moved on to the one you pay for. Both are great but the 4.99 app has more of a variety.
Simple, structured and perfect. Use it at the gym and at home. Keeps me on task and focused.
As a mom of two its so hard to get workout time in, now whenever I want its a click away! When the kids are happily watching a show I can be in the same room and get my workout done with my phone! So many awesome and varied workouts included, plus the daily message reminder is just what I need. Absolutely amazing and better than all the others. This has it all. After two weeks Im already seeing results! I cant stress enough how much I love this app.
