it would be great if I could exclude some excercices that I cannot do. Right now I do something else if one of those excercices pops up. in the full body excercices there is a minimum time of 10 minutes but it is two independent cycles of 5 min. it would be great if I could just run it for 5 minutes. I do 5 min every hour when I work in my home office. 10 min is too long for a break.
Love this work out it is so fun and easy to use. My only tip to the makers would be 5 seconds between exercises not just 3 seconds to prepare for the next exercise, grabbing weights or getting up or down on the floor.

This APP is no frills but effective. I like that it is non-distracting as I can follow it while watching online course videos or foreign films. Id like for it to keep track of what workouts Ive done and how often.
The program is easy to follow You can do it quick with some floor space The demos are helpful Results are straight to the point 10 mins 3 times a week = improved mood etc.
This app is awesome. It shows quick and simple ways to work all the different muscles in your body without anything extra to distract you, it is simple and too the point. Great for someone starting to workout and in need of tips and ideas. I use this app daily!

Really like the app The only that would be great for and update its an intensity level and stretch exercise at the end of the routine.

I dont like exercising but with this app its not so bad. It has a ton of different exercises. And its simple to use. I feel it was a good investment. Ive bought other apps that dont have good exercise videos, the instructions arent good or the rest period is too long. I definitely recommend this app.
Fun app I keep coming back to it. Good to keep things interesting. Would like to be able to select the level and which exercises get mixed in for the day.

Nice app. I was looking for something simple and this app has nicely put it together.
Love this app, sequence changes each time and all you need is a bit of floor space, a chair and some weights. The time between switching exercises can be a bit tight, but thats what the pause button is for!

This app is friggen amazing! I lost 25lbs doing these exercises 2-4 days a week and being more careful with what I eat! This app is incredible! I recommend it to all the girls at work and anyone who is trying to lose weight and tone up ;)
