I love this app for squeezing in a quick workout or two during the day. Workouts can be as long as 20 minutes or as short as 5. You can vary the difficulty. If moves are too high impact, you can modify them yourself, i.e., march instead of jog. What I really love is that you can use whatever music you want and it works beautifully. I find myself using this app every day, to increase my step count and calorie burn. One small suggestion: it doesnt work too well with Apple TV. I wish you could fix that.
